Louise McAward-White
Louise currently works at the British Film Institute as a Collections Systems Specialist and Mentoring Scheme Lead, as well as being a BECTU union rep. Outside of work, Louise co-founded Fair Museum Jobs, is a trustee for Dyspraxic Me and Collections Director on the board of Dacorum Heritage Trust. Previously Louise has worked in visitor experience, documentation, curation, libraries and learning. Whether it’s making a change to the collections system, fighting for pay and conditions, or making your recruitment practice more equitable – Louise values practical solutions and concrete actions that lead to improved working life for all.
